Plaintiff, Edward Alexander Warren, filed this action against Defendant, Warri- or Golf Capital LLC, d/b/a Baneberry Golf and Resort, alleging that as a patron of Baneberry, he was subjected to racial discrimination and harassment based on his race (African-American). This matter is before the Court on Baneberry’s motion to dismiss Plaintiffs Amended Complaint for failure to state a claim upon which relief can be granted.
