OPINION AFTER JURY VERDICT REGARDING INJUNCTIVE RELIEF

This matter is before the Court on the plaintiffs request for injunctive relief after a trial in which the jury found that there was confusion between the plaintiffs and defendant’s trademarks, but awarded no damages. On June 6, 2013, the jury in this case returned a verdict in favor of plaintiff CFE Racing Products, Inc., finding that the defendants had infringed CFE’s registered and unregistered trademarks by the use of their BMF Wheels logos.
