This is a petition and counter-claim for divorce on the ground of desertion. The petitioner and defendant were married on August 3d 1919. They lived separate and apart until March, 1920, when they took up housekeeping and thereafter lived together until December 28th, 1920, when the petitioner left the defendant at their place of abode and never thereafter returned thereto or to her. No children were born of the marriage.
