OPINION

MOORE, Circuit Judge.

The Government appeals the district court’s decision granting, in part, Defen-danb-Appellee Timothy Willis, Jr.’s (“Willis” or “defendant”) motion for a new trial. We AFFIRM the district court’s decision.

I. BACKGROUND
