CLARK, Supernumerary Circuit Judge.

Appellant was convicted of robbery and sentenced to imprisonment in the penitentiary for fifty years.

According to the testimony of Mr. L. A. Kelly, appellant entered Mr. Kelly’s store at Titus, in Elmore County, about 1:00 P. M. October 26, 1973. Appellant was accompanied by another man. There were about six customers in the- store at the time. Appellant and his companion left the store and returned about 2:30 P.M.
