On May 24, 2010, this Court entered an amended judgment affirming an April 28, 2009 arbitration award (the “Arbitration Award”) obtained by petitioners Cardell Financial Corporation, Deltec Holdings, Inc., Anastácio Empreedimentos Imobiliáros e Participagóes Ltda., and Companhia City de Desenvolvimento (collectively, “Petitioners”) against respondents Suchodolski Associates, Inc.
