On the 18th day of June, 1891, an order was entered in the records of the Genesee circuit court admitting defendant to the bar, and authorizing him to practice law in the courts of this State. Subsequently, while a member of the Wayne county bar. some doubt arose in his mind as to his allegations of citizenship and age in his application for admission To settle this doubt he applied to the circuit court in Wayne county to be admitted to citizenship, and on the 3d day of March, 1897, an order was made admitting him to citizenship.
