Plaintiff, a labor organization representing mail room employees, seeks damages for the alleged breach of its collective bargaining agreement with the St. Louis Newspaper Publishers’ Association by one of the latter’s two members, the defendant Globe-Democrat Publishing Company. The other member of the employer Association was the Pulitzer Publishing Company, publisher of the St. Louis Post-Dispatch.
