THEIS, District Judge.
I. NATURE OF THE CASE
The plaintiff, Bruce A. Wynn, a former employee of the defendant, Boeing Military Airplane Company (Boeing), has instituted this action to recover damages for alleged racial discrimination in employment. Specifically, the first, second, third and seventh causes of action allege unlawful racial discrimination in termination, pay, and promotions, and racial harassment in violation of 42 U.S.C. § 1981.
