Richard Currier appeals following the district court’s remand of his criminal case to state court. Exercising jurisdiction under 28 U.S.C. § 1447(d), we affirm.

Curriei; was charged in New Mexico state court with one count of resisting, evading, or obstructing an officer; one count of disorderly conduct; and five counts of assault.
