We are fully satisfied with the views of the chancellor, and the result which he attains on all the points necessary to a decision of this case.

1. However the rule might be, if the trustee in this case were appointed by will, (Hill on Trustees, 239,) his estate and interest did not terminate with the life of Mrs. Bush.
