McWhorter, Judge:

J. W. Brillbart bad a life estate or was tenant by the curtesy in six farms in Washington county, Maryland, and one farm in-Berkeley county, West Virginia, of which his wife had died seized in fee. On the 18th day of November, 1899, said Brillhart executed to Samuel P.
