1Opinion of the Court

Adams, Judge.

In this tort suit, Ethel D. Scott, as administratrix of the estate of Zachary J. Scott, alleges that LaRosa & LaRosa, Inc. and others should be liable for Zachary’s death because the company’s employees or agents negligently entrusted a rental car to an unauthorized and unlicensed driver who subsequently caused Zachary’s death. In the second appearance of this case in this Court, Scott appeals from the trial court’s second grant of summary judgment in favor of LaRosa & LaRosa. See Scott v. LaRosa & LaRosa, Inc., 253 Ga. App. 489 (559 SE2d 525) (2002).
