TIMMONS-GOODSON, Judge.

Curley Jacobs (“Jacobs”) and Bruce Lee McMillian (“McMillian”) (collectively, “defendants”) appeal their convictions for impersonation of a law enforcement officer, robbery with a dangerous weapon, first-degree burglary, and two counts of second-degree *6kidnapping. For the reasons discussed herein, we hold that both defendants received a trial free of prejudicial error, but we vacate the trial court’s imposition of attorney’s fees upon Jacobs and remand his case for resentencing.
