In this insurance coverage dispute between the plaintiffs in a certified class action involving the administration of the vitamin E supplement E-Ferol Aqueous Solution (“E-Ferol”) and defendant Federal Insurance Co. (“Federal”), an excess liability carrier, both parties move for summary judgment.
