This appeal arises from the court of appeals reversal of appellant’s conviction for possession of methamphetamine. In its petition for review, the State asserts that the court of appeals lacked jurisdiction to consider any claims of error regarding the circuit court’s denial of appellant’s motion to suppress, because the notice of appeal did not appeal from the judgment encompassing his second conditional plea but only from the order denying his motion to suppress after the conditional plea.
