This is a child-custody case. Appellee, Mrs. G. C. Hendrix, filed in the Circuit Court of Coahoma County a petition for writ of habeas corpus to try the right to the custody of Martha Lucille Hendrix, who was seven years of age at the time of the trial. Appellee is the paternal grandmother of Martha. The defendants in the action, appellants here, are Martha’s mother and father, *113Ira and Addie B. Hendrix.
