Ms. Michelle R. Fuelling appeals from the judgment of the trial court, which convicted her of endangering the welfare of a child in the first degree 1 and felony murder in the second degree. 2 The case stems from the death of Ms. Fuelling’s child, Raven, who was killed by her husband, Mr. Carlos Mendoza. At issue in this appeal is the mental element of the child endangerment crime.
