Ian Winsor (Appellant) appeals his conviction following a bench trial for possession of a controlled substance on county jail premises under section 221.111, RSMo 2000, and suspended execution of sentence. Appellant was sentenced to three years imprisonment in the Missouri Department of Corrections. The court suspended execution of his sentence and placed him on five years of probation.
