These are two actions of tort brought against a corporation dealing in furniture, in whose shop the plaintiff in the first case, while there on business, fell down a flight of stairs, and was injured through the alleged negligence of the defendant. The second action is brought by the husband of the plaintiff in the first case, to recover for expenses incurred by him for *503medical attendance, etc., and for loss of the comfort, services, society and companionship of his wife.
