MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

Before the Court is the Defendant’s Motion to Dismiss.
After considering the motion, and for the reasons set forth below, the Court GRANTS Defendant’s Motion to Dismiss.
I. BACKGROUND
This case originates from an employment discrimination action between Beverly Ann Lee (“Plaintiff’ or “Ms. Lee”) and her employer, the United States Postal Service. See Lee v.
