CRONE, District Judge.. Pending before the court is Defendant County Bancshares,. Inc. (“County Banc-shares”) d/b/a First National Bank of Newton’s (“FNBN”) Motion for Summary Judgment (# 16). County Bancshares seeks summary judgment on plaintiff Vin-ceAnn Taylor’s (“Taylor”) claim of sexual discrimination under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 42 U.S.C. §§ 2000e-2000h-6.
