In this accounting proceeding the court is required to determine whether it will entertain at this time a proceeding to construe the will in order to determine whether a child adopted by a son of testator some three years prior to the date of the will, and the descendants of such adopted child, are “ lineal descendants ” of the testator within the intendment of the will.
