A jury found Aaron William Polk guilty of one count of conspiracy to manufacture and possess with intent to manufacture and distribute 1,000 or more marijuana plants, in violation of 21 U.S.C. §§ 841(a)(1), 841(b)(l)(A)(vii), and 846. At sentencing, the district court 1 denied Polk safety-valve relief under 18 U.S.C. § 3553(f) and U.S.S.G. § 501.2(a)(5) and sentenced Polk to 120 months’ imprisonment, the statutory minimum.
