This matter is before the Court on Defendant Life Insurance Company of North America’s (“Defendant”) Motion for Judgment on the Administrative Record [12] (“Motion”).
I. BACKGROUND
Plaintiff in this action seeks review, under the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 (“ERISA”), of Defendant’s denial of long term disability (“LTD”) benefits.
