In this bankruptcy appeal, Deutsche Bank A.G. London Branch (“Deutsche Bank”) seeks review of a bankruptcy court’s grant of summary judgment against it. The three principal questions raised on appeal can be stated as follows: (1) Did the bankruptcy judge properly admit WorldCom, Inc.’s (“WorldCom”) consolidated, restated balance sheet in granting WorldCom’s motion for summary judgment?
