This case involves a challenge to a conviction for the offense of “continuous sexual abuse of a child.”- Appellant argues that the conviction is not supported by sufficient evidence and asserts several additional errors that he alleges prevented him from adequately challenging the complainant’s credibility. In particular, he alleges that the trial court erred in failing to grant a continuance after the complainant testified that she had received a medical exam and also asserts that the State wrongly suppressed evidence of the exam.
