Appellant Royce Gene Adams III challenges his convictions for aggravated sexual assault of a child and indecency with a child. He asserts that the evidence is insufficient to support his conviction on one count of aggravated sexual assault of a child because the evidence of that offense came through the testimony of a nurse who examined the complainant shortly after the incident and the complainant did not testify regarding that offense at trial.
