Ronald W. McClellan and Harold Shotel, co-executors of the estate of Marilyn M. McClellan (“Appellants”), appeal from the order entered in the Court of .Common Pleas of Delaware County granting in part and denying in part Appellants’ motion to strike Health Maintenance Organization of PA a/k/a HMO PA Foundation and United States Healthcare of PA, Inc. d/b/a HMO PA.
