McAthie v. Frieberg

The plaintiff filed with the City Council of Beresford, Union County, 'South Dakota, an application for a 'Class D beer license. The application was presented to and thereafter refused by the city council. An application was made to the Circuit Court for an alternative writ of mandamus in the form of an order to show cause.
