In the instant proceeding defendants, Irl Hill, et al., duly filed in this court an appeal and exceptions to an adjudication dated January 4,1950, made by the Secretary of Agriculture of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania (hereinafter sometimes called the secretary). In the adjudication the secretary denied petitions filed by a group of herd owners of cattle in Crawford County requesting that the area plan for the control and eradication of brucellosis (commonly known as bang disease) be discontinued in the county.
