This is an original proceeding in discipline against the Honorable Janice P. Long, District Judge of Reno County. The Commission on Judicial Qualifications unanimously found that respondent, Judge Long, while acting as a judge violated Canon 2A, Canon 3A (5), and Canon 3B (1) of the Code of Judicial Conduct, Supreme Court Rule 601 (1988 Kan.
