Pro Path Services, L.L.P., ProPath Women’s Services, Ltd., and ProPath Women’s Services, L.L.P. bring this interlocutory appeal of the trial court’s denial of their motion to dismiss the cause of action of Rebecca Koch and Paul Koch for failing to comply with the expert-report requirements of civil practice and remedies code section 74.351. See Tex. Civ. Pkac. & Rem. Code Ann. §§ 51.014(a)(9) & 74.351(b) (Vernon Supp.2005). We reverse the trial court’s order, dismiss appellees’ causes of action against appellants with prejudice, and remand the cause to the…
