MEMORANDUM OPINION

This matter came before the Court on June 30, 2015 for a hearing on Minor’s Motion to Suppress with Incorporated Memorandum of Law filed on May 18, 2015 and Renewed Motion to Schedule Evidentiary Hearing on Motion to Suppress filed on May 29, 2015.
