CARPARELLI, Judge:

Contrary to his pleas, the appellant was convicted by general court-martial with *811members of one specification of violation of a lawful general regulation by possessing drug paraphernalia in violation of Article 92, Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 U.S.C. Sec. 892, and of six separate specifications, each referring to divers occasions, of possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, distribution of marijuana, possession of marijuana, possession of cocaine and use of cocaine, all in violation of Article 134, U.C.M.J., 10 U.S.C. § 934.
