In consolidated appeals Christopher J. Johnson and Constance J. O’Neill (Johnson and O’Neill) appeal posttrial orders finding them in contempt, substituting them as defendants in an action for specific performance, and denying a motion to disqualify the judge; and in another action they appeal orders vacating an order of default and quashing a writ of restitution in their unlawful detainer action against Stella Sales, Inc.
