The appellant appeals from a judgment entered in circuit court against it in the amount of $7,280 with interest, 12% penalty and attorney’s fees of $2500. The appellee, Louise Edwards, brought this action as administratrix of the Estate of Wilburne D. Edwards, deceased, seeking to recover benefits under a work loss coverage contained in an automobile insurance policy issued by the appellant to the deceased, who died in an automobile accident.
