Simona Manzanares appeals from the judgment entered following her guilty plea under a conditional plea agreement. She pled guilty to recruiting a criminal gang member under I.C. § 18-8504(l)(a) in exchange for the dismissal of a charge for providing a firearm to a criminal gang member under I.C. § 18-8505.
