M.K., the minor son of M.K, Sr. and S.K (the Parents), by and through his Parents, challenge the decision of an Administrative Law Judge (ALJ) that the Montgomery County Public Schools (MCPS) system was not obligated under the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA), 20 U.S.C. §§ 1400, et seq., to reimburse the Parents for the cost of M.K’s private school education for the 2012-2013 and 2013-2014 school years.
