The essential facts of this case chronologically stated are as follows:

On June 5, 1927, the Municipality of Añasco granted to Ramón González the usufruct of a lot measuring 270.55 square meters located in the corner of Barceló and Caridad Streets in that town. In the deed of grant the grantee G-on-zález declared that a one-story, zinc-roofed, concrete house had been erected on said lot, and by virtue of such declaration the building was recorded in his name in the Registry of Property of Mayagüez, on August 7, 1928, at page 170 of volume 38 of Añasco,…
