The plaintiffs in this action recovered judgment against the defendant for the sum of $18,001.35 as damages for personal injuries suffered by the plaintiff Naomi Bourguignon while a passenger upon one of the defendant's cars, through the alleged negligence of the defendant by reason of which said car was derailed and overturned while rounding a curve in the defendant's railroad.
