Jessie Lee Buchanan, the appellant, was convicted of capital murder for having shot and killed Alfred Tobar while they were arguing in Mr. Buchanan’s home. He was sentenced to life imprisonment without parole, and he raises four points of appeal. Mr. Buchanan contends the evidence was insufficient to establish that the killing was done with premeditation and deliberation.
