Petitioner appeals from a judgment dismissing her petition for post-conviction relief with prejudice. The petition currently at issue is petitioner’s second. She previously filed for post-conviction relief in 1999, after the completion of the direct appeal in her underlying criminal case. That petition for post-conviction relief was denied in 2001.
