DECISION AND ORDER ON MOTION TO REJECT COLLECTIVE BARGAINING AGREEMENT

Before the Court is a motion by debtor Comair, Inc. (“Comair” or “debtor”) to reject its collective bargaining agreement (the “Flight Attendant Agreement”) with its flight attendants represented by the International Brotherhood of Teamsters (the “IBT” or “Union”) under Section 1113 of the Bankruptcy Code.
