For the second time in a year we are called upon to interpret § 1113 of the bankruptcy code, 11 U.S.C. § 1113 (1987 West Supp.), and the circumstances under which a debtor may reject a collective bargaining agreement as part of its reorganization. As in Truck Drivers Local 807 v. Carey Transportation, 816 F.2d 82 (2d Cir.1987), we affirm the judgment of the district court, which upheld the bankruptcy court’s determination that the debtor, Royal Composing Room, Inc.
