BROWN, Judge.
[1] The Town of Edinburgh (the “Town”) appeals from the trial court’s Order Denying Issuance of Tax Deed. The Town raises four issues which we consolidate and restate 'as whether the court’s order is clearly erroneous. We affirm.
Facts and Procedural History
[2] Patrick Black owns a parcel of real property in Edinburgh, Johnson County, Indiana. The parcel was listed for sale at Johnson County’s September 12, 2014 tax sale, but the parcel was not sold.
