Pending before the court in this bid protest challenging proposed corrective action are cross-motions for judgment on the administrative record filed by plaintiff MacAu-lay-Brown, Inc. (“MacAulay-Brown”), plaintiff-intervenors CACI-WGI, Inc. (“CACI”) and Booz Allen Hamilton, Inc.
