This is a suit by plaintiff for damages for the alleged wrongful act of defendant in alienating the affections of her husband W. D. Blair.
The plaintiff introduced evidence to the effect that on the 18th day of September, 1886, she was married to the said Blair; that on or about the 13th day of January, 1905, the defendant induced her husband to abandon her; and that she has since continued to deprive plaintiff of his support and companionship.
