This is an action by resident taxpayers of Washington county to enjoin the board of county commissioners of that county from carrying out the terms of a resolution by which $20,000 had been appropriated from the state and county road funds to be used, with federal aid, for the improvement of a section of highway three and one-half miles long. It is alleged that the proposed highway is not an immediate necessity and is not of general utility because it does not stop or terminate at any objective point, and is not a part of the state highway…
