BAUM, Chief Judge:

Appellant was tried by special court-martial, judge alone. Pursuant to his pleas of guilty, entered in accordance with a pretrial agreement, he was convicted of one specification of wrongful use of marijuana2 and one specification of wrongful use of LSD, both in violation of Article 112a of the Uniform Code of Military Justice (UCMJ), 10 USC § 912a. The judge sentenced appellant to a bad conduct discharge, confinement for sixty days, forfeiture of $100 per month for six months, and reduction to pay grade E-l.
